Beaver Freight Services, LLC Fuel Surcharge Index
The base fuel price will begin at $1.15 per gallon. The surcharge
will be based on the weekly price that is issued by the Department
of Energy (DOE) each Monday. The price will be in effect for the
seven day period beginning at 12:01 AM, Tuesday through 11:159
PM on the following Monday. The table below provides the applicable
fuel surcharge percentage in five cent per gallon increments.

- If the fuel price exceeds $1.99 per gallon, add .5 percent
for each five-cent per gallon increase in fuel price.
